Tea is such a versatile thing. I myself enjoy a nice hot mug 'o' tea during my all-nighters. And because I so enjoy my tea, this topic will be a recurring theme throughout this blog.
Rather than spoil the fun and tell you of all of the endless flavors tea has to offer, we're going to start of with a few of my favorites, then work our way up.
The first and perhaps most popular tea you can make during your all-nighter is green tea:
Some interesting facts about Green Tea:
- Green tea is green because it is not fermented.
- Green tea has been shown to increase calorie burning and fat oxidation.
- The antioxidants in green tea fight disease and kill cancer cells.
- All teas contain the potent antioxidants known as polyphenols, but green tea contains the most potent forms. *
